What we collect

When you submit a form, we collect your name, phone, email, ZIP code, project details, homeowner status, and a record of your consent (time, page, and the consent wording shown). We also collect basic technical data such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

We use your information to match you with one independent roofing contractor from our local network, to share your request with that one matched roofer, to contact you about your request, to keep consent records, and to operate and improve the site.

Who we share it with

We share your request with one matched roofer, who pays us a referral fee. We don't share it with other roofers or lead buyers. We also use service providers, such as form hosting and email, that process data for us. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

Texas residents

We handle personal data in line with applicable Texas law, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act where it applies. You may ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing [email protected].

Opting out

Reply STOP to any text, or email [email protected]. We'll pass opt-outs on to your matched roofer.

Retention & security

We keep consent records for as long as needed to show compliance (generally at least 5 years) and keep other data only as long as needed. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
